Self Love Series

 

For two years, we've built up this Self-Love series right around Valentines day. Our debut year was a huge introduction of positive affirmations, reminders of self-love, and quotes to inspire. In 2020, we looked at self-love in a new light. Not just inspiration, but the functional habits that provide us with a foundation for self-acceptance. So often, people jump to self-love as their goal without addressing the day-to-day necessities that set us up for that mindset.
