Shipping policy

All orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days and fulfilled in the order in which they were received. Please note, your Peel & Heal items are all made with love by a small independently-run shop. As such, shipments may be delayed by a few days in the event of high order volumes (during holiday sales, promotional events). If there will be a significant delay in the processing of your order, I'll reach out to you personally via email.

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package Service. Please allow 2-3 business days for arrival once you've received shipment confirmation!

While Peel & Heal Studio provides quality cardboard mailers to protect your items during shipment, we know that mistakes do happen! Please let me know if your happy mail arrives in defective or unsatisfactory condition so that I can do my best to help. All situations are treated on a case-by-case basis.
