Refund policy

Returns/cancellations:
Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept cancellations or returns.
If you made a small error when placing your order, please get in touch immediately and I will do my best to accommodate any minor alterations within reason (i.e. if you selected the wrong color palette).

Refunds/replacements:
If you received an incorrect item or are missing something from your order, please reach out ASAP. I hand-package each order cautiously, but let's face it: human error is practically unavoidable! I'll quickly rectify the situation to the best of my ability (refunds and replacements are determined on a case-by-case basis).
