SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are typically processed within 7-9 business days and fulfilled in the order in which they were received. Please note, your Peel & Heal items are all made with love by a small independently-run shop. As such, shipments may be delayed by a few days in the event of high order volume (during holiday sales, promotional events, etc. you can expect a processing time of 12-15 business days). All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package Service. Please allow about 2-3 business days for arrival once you've received shipment confirmation- you can track the status of your order by clicking on the USPS tracking link in your shipping notification email!
While Peel & Heal Studio provides high-quality cardboard mailers to protect your items during shipment, we know that mistakes do happen! Please reach out if your happy mail arrives in defective or unsatisfactory condition so that I can do my best to help. All situations are treated on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping is a flat fee. This is currently $3.75 for United States domestic shipments, $10 for Canadian destinations, and $14 for other countries. Prices subject to change without warning.
REFUND POLICY
Returns/cancellations:
Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept cancellations or returns. If you made a small error when placing your order, please get in touch immediately and I will do my best to accommodate any minor alterations within reason (i.e. if you selected the wrong color palette).
Refunds/replacements: If you received an incorrect item or are missing something from your order, please reach out ASAP via email (peel.and.heal@gmail.com). I hand-package each order cautiously, but let's face it: human error is practically unavoidable! I'll quickly rectify the situation to the best of my ability (refunds and replacements are determined on a case-by-case basis).
PRIVACY POLICY
Peel & Heal Studio collects certain information from you when you register, purchase products, enter a contest, respond to a survey, or browse our products through this website. Your information will only be used for the following purposes: to communicate with you about a purchase, to process/fulfill an order, legal reasons (i.e. taxes), internal record keeping, as evidence against fraudulent activity, to improve our products and your shopping experience, to send promotional offers, to contact you for market research, and occasionally for customer appreciation correspondence (such as sending an unsolicited gift or card). Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
TERMS OF SERVICE Peel & Heal Studio is hosted through Shopify Inc. All items and designs are intended solely for personal use. In purchasing from Peel & Heal Studio, you agree to not reproduce, duplicate, imitate, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our products/artwork without express written permission. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. All descriptions of products and corresponding prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue a product at any time. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
