Authentic Self Love Wheel

The Authentic Self-Love Wheel from Peel & Heal Studio is a functional journaling exercise intended to kick-start your journey towards self-acceptance and happiness.

This listing is for ONE full-color circular journal card printed on heavyweight matte paper. The card measures about 5.25" across and is double-sided.

On the front, you'll find a hand-lettered reminder: "My authentic self has intrinsic value". The quote is surrounded by lines stretching to the edges of the circle, where you are encouraged to write down as many words as possible that describe you! The only rule here? No judgement attached to the descriptions (not "an amateur photographer on the side", but "a portrait photographer")... This is a great exercise in unconditional acceptance and learning to detach our identities from self-judgement.

The back provides a functional space to then reflect inward, focusing on the qualities that you love about yourself! This features our "Self Love Jar" doodles in larger format than the original stickers. It may be hard to add things at first, but month after month working on self-love, you'll soon be able to fill the jar to the brim without help from a friend ;-)
